on the program i learnt how to create different fonts by typing in the text that you want into the mall box in the right hand side, your text will then appear on the screen, you can choose to move around your text on the screen by dragging your text up, down left r right using the arrow tool.
you can also change the different fonts by searching through the different lists on the right and then clicking apply to test out a load of different styles of font to suite your film.
to add shadows and different colors to your fonts you can use the style and effects tools you change all your fonts.
there are a huge list of different backgrounds from moving numbers to different geometric shapes that fly around the screen.
you can overlap texts and backgrounds and even add movement to them to make them more animated.
to create you final background and font you must drag all of them into the timeline just like final cut pro and soundtrack pro and it uses the same functions of dragging out the pieces on the timeline to make them longer or shorted and the animations for the texts last longer as well. you can also make the text linger or disappear by shortening or lengthening the amount of the the text is on the time line.
